Westchester Middle School Student Facing Charges After Alleged Knife Incident A teenage middle school student in New Rochelle was arrested by police last month following an alleged incident with a knife. Police said that a 13-year-old Isaac E. Young Middle School student was arrested on charges of menacing and attempted assault following the incident on Jan. 30.
