$5,000 Reward Offered For Dog Stolen In Westchester A Northern Westchester dog owner is offering a $5,000 reward after his “beloved” pooch was stolen out of his car on Valentine’s Day. Fliers have been distributed in the area by a Bedford man whose dog was stolen from his car while it was parked in a Scarsdale shopping center.
