Robert Weisz, founder and CEO of RPW Group of Rye Brook, said his company bought two Class A office buildings at 925-1025 Westchester Ave. on the border of West Harrison and White Plains. Long-Awaited Harrison Wegmans Inches Closer To Reality With Signed Deal Wegmans, the popular grocery chain known for its massive stores and food courts, is closer to opening in Harrison thanks to recent negotiations between Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) and the family-owned grocer. NKF represented the buyer and the seller, successfully negotiating the sale of a 20-acre parcel at 106-110 Corporate Park Drive in Harrison. The property was sold by Normandy Real Estate Partners to Wegmans Food Markets in a deal that closed Thursday, Jan. 4.
