Ex-nyc Ballet Leader From Irvington Faces DWI Charge In Ardsley The former longtime leader of the New York City Ballet will appear in Ardsley court Monday to face a drunk-driving charge just days after resigning from the company he has directed for years following allegations of sexual harassment.  Peter Martins, 71, of Irvington, was arrested on Friday, Dec. 29, following a traffic crash in Ardsley, Ardsley police said.  Following the accident, Martins was charged with DWI and released.
