Man Caught With Digital Files Containing Sex Acts By Children, Police Say
A 63-year-old area man is facing charges following an investigation into child pornography that was found on his electronic devices, police said. An investigation led by the New York State Police Computer Crimes Unit in Troop K into Rhinebeck resident Michael Billone found that he was found in possession of digital files containing sexual performances by children. Police said that investigators secured a search warrant, which led to Billone’s arrest late last month.
