Man Makes Threats, Menaces Victims At DMV In Hudson Valley, Police Say Nobody enjoys a trip to the DMV, but a 28-year-old area man took things to a whole new level. New York State Police troopers were dispatched to the Department of Motor Vehicles on Marshall Road in Wappingers Falls at approximately 9:10 a.m. on Monday, June 18, where there was a report of a man with a gun making threats in the building. Police said that the investigation into the incident found that Wappinger resident Barry Gutierrez was allegedly “acting in a disruptive manner, alarming people at the DMV by implying that he was in possession of a gun, and was worse than a preschool shooter.…
