Sidewalk Work To Block Entrance To Town Hall, Library In Westchester The entrance to a town hall and library in Northern Westchester will be blocked for a few days as crews work to replace sidewalks in the area, officials announced.  In an announcement on Tuesday, Aug. 13, Mount Kisco village officials said the entrance to the town hall and Henry V. Kensing Memorial Library parking lot off of Main Street (Route 117) would be closed intermittently as crews work to replace the sidewalk in front. Westchester Native Who Served In Navy, Worked As Physical Therapist Dies A native of Northern Westchester who served in the military and worked as a physical therapist has died. Peter E. Clark, who was born in Mount Kisco and graduated from Fox Lane High School in Bedford, was age 62. He died on Sunday, April 30, and was a longtime resident of Palm Harbor, Florida.  After growing up in Bedford and graduating high school, he joined the US Navy and served his time in honor of his country out at sea during the time of the Libyan Crisis, according to his obituary.
