The incident happened at about 1 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 3 in Dutchess County at the Mount Beacon Trail head. Crash Involving Work Van Leaves Man With Serious Injury In Westchester Police are investigating a crash in Westchester that left a man hospitalized with a severe injury and caused a busy road to close for several hours.  The crash happened in New Rochelle on Tuesday, Oct. 2 just after 2 p.m., when a motorcycle and utility work van collided in the area of North Avenue and Mayflower Avenue, New Rochelle Police Captain J.
