Ex-President Charged With Stealing Money From Football League In Westchester A former president of a tackle football league in Westchester has been charged with stealing money from the organization. Westchester County District Attorney Anthony A. Scarpino, Jr. announced on Friday, Aug. 30 that 50-year-old Lawrence Alston of New Rochelle was arraigned in New Rochelle City Court for stealing money from a bank account of the New Rochelle Tackle Football League while he was president.
