He was raised in Pelham where he attended Our Lady of Perpetual Help and Hutchinson Schools before graduating from Pelham Memorial High School in 1992. Connecticut House Overwhelmingly Passes Bump Stock Ban The Connecticut House overwhelmingly passed a ban that helps disarm automatic weapons.By a vote of 114 to 55, the state's House late on Tuesday, May 1 passed the so-called bump stock ban, according to multiple news reports. Bump stocks are rapid-fire devices that enable guns to fire like automatic weapons. The measure must be approved by the state Senate to become law in Connecticut.
