Boy Accused Of Hitting Student, Using Racial Slur At School In Westchester A 12-year-old student at a Northern Westchester school was arrested for allegedly hitting another student while yelling a racial slur. The student at Lakeland Copper Beech Middle School in Yorktown Heights was arrested on Thursday, Oct. 10, after a case of "aggravated harassment," was assigned to the school resource officer to investigate, said the Yorktown Police.
