Four Veteran Officers Promoted, Four New Members Added By Harrison Police Four veteran officers of the Harrison Police Department were promoted to new ranks Friday during a ceremony attended by fellow officers, family members and town officials. Mayor Ronald Belmont and Chief Joseph J.
