Officers from the Ossining Police Department received a report of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle at approximately 4 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 6 around James Street, prompting an investigation. 21-Year-Old Fatally Stabbed During Dispute In Westchester A 21-year-old Ossining High School graduate died after being stabbed during an altercation. Greg Jackson, Jr. was stabbed on Monday, Jan. 28 during an incident on James Street in Ossining. He was transported to Westchester Medical Center and died on Friday, Feb. 1.
