Drunken Driver Going 156 MPH Admits Snapchatting Before Fiery Wreck Killing UAlbany Student More than a year after a beloved New York college student was killed in a fiery, drunk-driving crash in the region, the man responsible has formally confessed. New Jersey resident Vasu Laroiya, age 24, of Iselin in Middlesex County, pleaded guilty to aggravated vehicular homicide in Albany County Court on Tuesday, Nov. 28, in the death of Katie Fisher.
