'Safety, Resiliency': $60.5M In Hudson Valley Bridge Upgrade Projects Completed
Two major bridge upgrade projects totaling $60.5 million in the Hudson Valley have been successfully completed. The federal government is forcing Mount Vernon to address its long-broken sewer system, which has sent raw sewage into city homes, the Bronx and Hutchinson rivers for years.
