Unlicensed Driver Takes Troopers On Slow Speed Taconic Chase A woman who took New York troopers on a slow-speed chase for a short distance said she didn't stop because she thought they were driving an ambulance. Guadalupe Perez, 24, of the Bronx, was tracked down by troopers around 6:31 p.m. Monday on the Taconic State Parkway near Hopewell Junction after the department received 911 calls about an erratic driver, said Trooper AJ Hicks.
