On Tuesday, Feb. 26, Westchester County District Attorney Anthony Scarpino, Jr. announced that Lee Ann Borg, a former employee of the Rye and Greenwich YMCA has been arraigned on a charge of grand larceny following her arrest on Tuesday morning for allegedly stealing more than $190,000 using a YMCA corporate credit card.
