A Westchester County man was arrested for allegedly breaking into several vehicles in the area and stealing items. Kevin Fondjo Kenmeugne, 23, of New Rochelle, was arrested by Greenburgh Police around 4 a.m., Saturday, Dec. 19 after police were alerted to a man looking into the windows of cars in driveways in the Poet's Corner area in Hartsdale. Suspect Nabbed For Stabbing, Robbery Incident In Westchester
A 50-year-old man was arrested for allegedly stabbing and robbing another man in Westchester. The incident took place around 9 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 18, when the Greenburgh Police responded to the area of 47 Tarrytown Road for a report of a stabbing, said Det. Sgt. Daniel Massett. Busy Westchester Roadway To Be Closed During Milling, Paving
Motorists could face delays when road work consisting of milling and paving begins on Dobbs Ferry Road The work, both eastbound and westbound, between Tarrytown Road (Rt. 119) and the Sprain Brook Parkway in the Town of Greenburgh will begin on Sunday, Nov. 15, and run through Saturday, Nov. 21, said Greenburgh Police Lt. Kobie Powell. The work will take place during the overnight hours, Powell said. If possible motorists would be better served taking alternate routes during the listed time periods.

An investigation is underway after a man was found unconscious in a busy area roadway after a hit-and-run crash. It happened in Westchester just before 8 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 15 in Hartsdale on East Hartsdale Avenue between North Central Avenue and Wilson Street, Greenburgh Police said. The break occurred late Tuesday afternoon, Jan. 28, on Dobbs Ferry Road (Route 100B), between Tarrytown Road and Terrace Street, said Greenburgh Police. A woman was critically injured after being hit by a vehicle while walking across a busy roadway in Westchester. It happened at approximately 6 p.m. Friday, Dec. 13 in Hartsdale. The 71-year-old woman was struck as she was walking across East Hartsdale Avenue in the vicinity of 50 East Hartsdale Avenue, Greenburgh Police said. Commercial Burglary On Central Avenue In Hartsdale Under Investigation
Police are asking for help in their investigation of a commercial burglary that occurred in the Hartsdale section of the Town of Greenburgh. The burglary, which took place either late Wednesday or during the early morning hours Thursday at an unidentified business along the Central Avenue corridor, said Town of Greenburgh Police Sgt. Brian Matthews. Greenburgh detectives responded to the scene and are conducting the investigation.
