Man, Woman Violated Protection Order At Westchester Restaurant, Police Say A man and woman are behind bars after police say they damaged a victim's vehicle after violating a protection order at a popular restaurant in the area. State Police troopers responded to the parking lot of Chili's Grill & Bar on Route 6 in Somers for a report of a domestic dispute on Saturday, July 6 at approximately 8:15 p.m. An investigation revealed Antonio Vuksanaj and Gina Vuksanaj, both age 50 from Carmel, violated the order of protection and blocked the retreat of the victim, police said.
