Driver With No Headlights Busted For DWI In Westchester, Police Say Police on patrol in Scarsdale busted a man driving with no headlights and a blood alcohol content nearly double the legal limit during a late-night traffic stop in the heart of the village. Shortly before 5 a.m. on Sunday morning, an officer driving on Post Road spotted a Bronx resident Gerardo Robles, 35, operating his Toyota with no headlights on before making a righthand turn onto Fenimore Road and narrowly avoiding crashing into a street sign, prompting the traffic stop.
