Drunk Port Chester Woman Unaware Where She Was After Crash, Police Say A Westchester woman has been charged after police say she was drunkenly involved in a Greenwich crash and unaware of where she was. Greenwich Police say they were dispatched to the area of 286 Delavan Avenue on a report of a vehicle in the roadway that was facing the wrong way around 8 p.m. on Friday, July 26. Further investigation revealed that the driver, identified as Doris Peet, 77, of Port Chester, was confused and unaware of what town she was actually in, according to police.
