Teen Suspect Nabbed In Mid-July Westchester Homicide An 18-year-old Northern Westchester resident has been arrested for the shooting death of a man in July. Demetrius Bogan of Peekskill was arrested Friday following an exhaustive three-week investigation into the July 13 murder of Khalil Lyons, 22, of the Bronx, said Peekskill Chief of Police Don Halmy. Police discovered Lyons lying on the ground in the area of 1245 Park St. when responding to a call for shots fired, Halmy said.  He was transported to New York-Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital where he was pronounced dead a short time later.
