It was sold in Westchester County at Chestnut Mart on 69 Theodore Fremd Ave. in Rye. The two other $1M tickets were sold in California and Florida. There was no first-prize winner in the $748,300,000 drawing. The jackpot for the new drawing on Monday, Sept. 25 is now at $785,000,000.
