Fight Breaks Out On County Bus In Westchester Police responded to a fight on a county bus that involved students, according to Mount Vernon Police. The incident took place around 3:20 p.m. Monday on the bus at the intersection of 500 N Columbus Ave. and California Road in Mount Vernon, said Maria Donovan, spokeswoman for the Mount Vernon Police. The Westchester County Police Department was called in to assist during the "minor skirmish" that was resolved without an arrest, said Donovan.
