Man Caught Snorting Cocaine In Car In Hudson Valley: Police A 32-year-old Connecticut man was apprehended after authorities caught him snorting cocaine inside a vehicle in the Hudson Valley, police announced.  The arrest was made on Monday, Aug. 26 just before 3 p.m., when a man was seen snorting a white powdered substance while sitting in the driver's seat of a car in the Putnam County town of Southeast, the Putnam County Sheriff's Office said on Monday, Sept. 30. Woman Busted Bringing Drugs To Hudson Valley Jail, State Police Say A 35-year-old woman was allegedly busted bringing drugs into a Hudson Valley correctional facility. The incident took place at the Ulster County Correctional Facility in Wawarsing on Sunday, Feb. 12. According to Trooper Steven Nevel of the New York State Police, Suffolk County resident Julie Tate of Holtsville was visiting the jail when she was found in possession of 29 strips of buprenorphine and approximately 6.8 grams of synthetic cannabinoids.  She was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, and two counts of promoting pr…
