Fire Officer Admits To Role At Bar Fight Caught On Video In Westchester A fire lieutenant who was caught on camera knocking out a patron during a bar fight in Westchester has admitted to his role in the violent incident. Yonkers Fire Lt. Christopher Mitchell pleaded guilty to a count of disorderly conduct last month and has been sentenced to a one-year conditional discharge. Mitchell has already paid $15,000 in restitution to one of his victims for medical expenses, and he’s been ordered to pay an additional $19,757.24 by Oct. 25 next year.
