Westchester Supreme Court Justice Admonished For Improper Communications A Westchester County Supreme Court justice has been admonished for engaging in unauthorized conversations, officials announced.  In a decision on Thursday, Nov. 7, the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct announced the admonishing of Westchester Supreme Court Justice Lewis J. Judge Admonished For Trying To Influence Mail Carrier's Parking Fine In Westchester A Northern Westchester town court justice has been admonished for attempting to influence a fellow judge to be lenient with his mail carrier's parking ticket fine, officials announced.  The New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct announced on Monday, Oct. 23 that Benjamin L.F.
