RYE, N.Y. -- The fate of Rye High School graduate Will Croughan's Wesleyan University DKE fraternity could be determined by a judge on Wednesday, according to CBS News.
Croughan serves as vice president of the fraternity, which is in court for failure to comply with a school directive to make frats co-ed in an effort to battle a string of sexual assault incidents, CBS News reported.
DKE had submitted plans to allow female residents on their on-campus housing, but the school said the proposal was insufficient and lacked details, CBS News said.
Croughan recently wrote a letter about the situation published in The Washington Post you can read here.
