She ranked on the Top Thousand list this and for single family homes sales by dollar volume in 2012 for all of Westchester County and has received this honor multiple times before. Additionally, Houlihan Lawrence has named Susy its overall top producer in Westchester on 10 separate occasions, and its top producer in Rye 20 different times. Stoltz, who is based in Bronxville, is consistently recognized as a top realtor in both Bronxville and Westchester County. O’Meara, based in Rye, is an industry expert that has been specializing in the Rye and Harrison regions for over 16 years where she repeatedly ranks in the top two percent of the Westchester Board of Realtors REAL Trends is a communications and consulting company widely considered to be the leading source of analysis and information on the residential brokerage and housing industry.
