Richmond Hill resident Fazil Rahaman, 39, was arrested by Suffolk County Sheriff deputies shortly before 3 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 10, when he was found sleeping in the driver’s seat with his vehicle blocking the right turning lane.

Rahaman was arrested and transported to the Suffolk County Sheriff’s Office in Riverhead, where he was charged with a misdemeanor count of driving while intoxicated. No return court date has been announced.
