RYE, N.Y. – The City of Rye will hold a vigil Sunday to honor the victims of the Newtown school shooting.
The vigil will begin at 5:30 p.m. on the City Village Green at 1051 Boston Post Road. Residents are encouraged to join the Rye community in remembering those who lost their lives and loved ones in the tragedy at Sandy Hook Elementary in Newtown, Conn.
Officials ask visitors to bring their own candle.
