Former Rangers to Skate with Fans at Rye Playland

RYE, N.Y. - The New York Rangers along with Chase Bank are sponsoring a chance to skate for free with Rangers' legends Adam Graves and Ron Greschner at Playland Ice Casino in Rye on Monday, Feb. 20th.

Graves was an integral part of the Rangers 1994 Stanley Cup Champion team and played 10 of his 16 professional seasons with the Rangers. Two years ago this month Graves saw his jersey No. 9 retired, along with Ranger great Brian Leetch, at Madison Square Garden.

Ron Greschner played his entire career for the Rangers from 1975-90. Greschner currently leads all Rangers in career penalty minutes, is seventh all-time in points, and fourth all-time in games played.

Greschner is scheduled to take the ice from 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. with Graves slated to follow from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. Members of the New York Rangers staff will be on hand to conduct giveaways and enter-to-win contests.
