Instructors from local studios are donating more than 70 classes during the month-long event. Classes are geared toward people of all ages and fitness levels.
“October Sole Fest is a win-win opportunity, where participants get to try new workouts and local instructors gain exposure, all while supporting a cause that affects us all on some level,” Sandy Samberg, co-founder of Sole Ryeders said in a statement. “Every fitness class taken can help make a difference in someone’s life.”
