'We Are Disappointed': DPW Worker Sentenced For Hit-Run That Killed White Plains Student
A former public works employee has been sentenced for his role in a hit-run crash that killed a beloved 16-year-old boy in Westchester. Former Yonkers Public Works Department worker Stephen Dolan, age 46, was sentenced on Thursday, Dec. 14 to one and a half to four and a half years in prison for vehicular manslaughter in connection with an August 2022 crash that killed 16-year-old Christopher Jack “CJ” Hackett of Yonkers, according to a report by ABC News.
