Man Makes Threats, Menaces Victims At DMV In Hudson Valley, Police Say Nobody enjoys a trip to the DMV, but a 28-year-old area man took things to a whole new level. New York State Police troopers were dispatched to the Department of Motor Vehicles on Marshall Road in Wappingers Falls at approximately 9:10 a.m. on Monday, June 18, where there was a report of a man with a gun making threats in the building. Hudson Valley Man Charged In Domestic Dispute In Front Of Child A 22-year-old Hudson Valley man engaged in a domestic altercation in front of a child, state police from the Wappinger barracks said Monday.After troopers responded to a domestic disturbance at a residence in the Town of Wappinger on Sunday, Jan. 14, the investigation revealed that Thomas J.
