Motorist Busted Driving With 10 License Suspensions In Westchester An early morning traffic stop in Scarsdale led to new charges for a motorist driving with nearly a dozen suspensions on his driver’s license throughout Westchester. While conducting traffic enforcement on Post Road, near the intersection of Huntington Avenue, an officer spotted a red Honda CRV going 52 mph in the posted 30 mph zone. During the subsequent traffic stop near the intersection of Post Road and Oxford Road, it was determined that the driver, Bronx resident Aramis Guzman, 30, had his license suspended 10 times for various offenses.
