An officer from the Scarsdale Police Department responded to a Mamaroneck Road residence on Thursday, Feb. 7, when the resident reported that she had been on the wrong end of a threatening phone call. Police said that the caller received a call at approximately 9:30 a.m. on her home phone, from an unknown number, though “Mercy Hospital,” showed up on the caller ID.
