Greenburgh Store Employees Charged With Selling Tobacco, Vaping Products Police in Greenburgh went to work this week, targeting smoke shops that sell tobacco products to underage customers, leading to several arrests. On Monday, Feb. 4, members of the Greenburgh Police Department Drug and Alcohol Task Force conducted enforcement in the area, making three arrests of three employees at three different stores. Each of the employees was charged with selling tobacco or tobacco products to a minor under the age of 18, a misdemeanor.
