Woman Threw Hatchet In Westchester Domestic Dispute, Police Say A 41-year-old Fairfield County woman is behind bars after New York State Police say she threw a hatchet at a male victim and rammed his vehicle during a domestic dispute in Northern Westchester. Troopers responded to Spring Hill Road in North Salem to assist North Salem Police Department with a domestic dispute on Thursday, March 30 at approximately 9:30 p.m. An investigation determined the dispute began on Route 116 around 4:30 p.m. when Debbie P.
