Man Accused Of Carjacking Woman's Car In Westchester A 35-year-old man is facing charges after police say he carjacked a neighbor's car and committed a burglary in Northern Westchester. Yorktown Police say they responded to a report of a stolen motor vehicle near Cornwall Circle on Monday, Aug. 12 around 12:45 p.m. An on-scene investigation revealed that a Yorktown man identified as Shaun Noone, 35, stole the victim’s vehicle by pushing her to the ground, according to police.
