Rye Neck Voters Approve $27.6M Schools Bond Referendum Voters in Rye Neck overwhelmingly approved the school district’s proposed $27.6 million capital improvement bond spending plan. With a vote of 733 to 153, voters approved Proposition One, which includes a $6.28 million plan that will replace antiquated roofs across the district’s three buildings.
