Over 100 Violations Under Investigation At Property In Hudson Valley
The investigation into a fire that left several people trapped - including a 2-year-old child - led to the issuance of more than 100 violations to a Hudson Valley real estate agency. On Wednesday, March 9 in Rockland County, a fire broke out inside an apartment on the 7th floor inside the building at 101 Kennedy Drive in Spring Valley, resulting in multiple people being trapped inside, officials said. Two Properties Facing 19 Violations For Illegal Construction Closed In Hudson Valley
Two Hudson Valley properties have been hit with 19 violations for illegal construction. The violations come after the Rockland County Office of Buildings and Codes received a complaint about two structures that were built on the backend of neighboring commercial properties, said Beth Cefalu, spokeswoman for Rockland County. Illegal Club Closed, Property Owner Hit With 10 Violations In Hudson Valley
An illegal Hudson Valley nightclub that operated as a printing company by day and a club by night has been closed and cited with 10 hazardous code violations. The Rockland County Office of Buildings and Codes closed the club that operated a night out of Sharp Shirt Printing at 42 Grove Street in Spring Valley, the department said.
