Teen Arrested For Screaming, Banging On Door In Westchester, Police Say A Fairfield County teenager was taken into police custody over the weekend after a Westchester family called the police when he was shouting and banging on their door in the middle of the night in an attempt to get in what he thought was a buddy's house.
