Kelli Bonnet, age 29, of White Plains, was arrested by Greenwich Police on Tuesday, July 6, after officers responded to Greenwich Plaza in the underground lot for a report of a woman "banging" on a car door. Father, Son Duo Plead Guilty In Hudson Valley 'Family Ties' Drug Sweeps A father and son duo who were part of a wide-ranging due trafficking network in Orange County has pleaded guilty to felony charges in connection with the "Operation Family Ties," according to Orange County District Attorney David M. Woman Caught With Cocaine, PCP In I-87 Stop State Police busted a 27-year-old woman who is now facing multiple felonies after being busted with PCP, cocaine and other drugs during a traffic stop on I-87 in Orange County. Troopers stopped Bronx resident Jasmine Singh at approximately 1:40 a.m. on Monday morning after she committed a vehicle and traffic violation on the interstate. During the subsequent stop, troopers were given probable cause to search the vehicle and its occupants.
