Man Dies At Hospital After Blaze At Westchester Home A man died at a hospital following a fire at a residence in Northern Westchester. The blaze happened on Tuesday, May 7 in Ossining in the area of Liberty Street and Spring Street, where a multi-floor residence went up in flames, according to Ossining Police. Arriving fire crews from Ossining and Croton-on-Hudson soon began working to put the blaze out.  During a search of the home, a man was found on the second floor and removed to awaiting first responders outside the residence, according to the Croton-on-Hudson Fire Department. 39-Year-Old Accused Of Slashing Tires In Westchester A 39-year-old man has been charged after authorities said he slashed two tires in Northern Westchester. The Ossining man was arrested on a charge of third-degree criminal mischief, according to an announcement from the Yorktown Police Department on Friday, Jan. 28. The man's identity was not released.
