The body of a 38-year-old Hudson Valley man who went missing after the small fishing boat he was in sank in the waters of the Long Island Sound off the coast of Fairfield County has been found. A man lying horizontally was found burning after police in Fairfield County responded to a call for a possible fire near a popular park. The incident took place in New Canaan around 8:45 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 10 in the area of Lapham Road near Waveny Park. Investigators have narrowed down several locations where recycling materials came from in which the body of a full-term newborn baby boy was found dead by an employee at a garbage carting facility in Stamford early Tuesday morning.
