Slip-Slide Conditions Causing Metro-North Delays Slip-slide conditions of rain combined with fallen leave are causing delays late Friday evening on the Metro-North Harlem Line. The delays of up to 20 minutes are as a result of the conditions between North White Plains and Southeast, Metro-North said. Customers are being advised to listen to announcements at local stations. Staff Member Strikes Student At Westchester School, Police Say Police were dispatched to a Westchester school campus following a report of a student who was allegedly hit by a staff member.
