Sketchy Turn At Busy Intersection Leads To DWI For Westchester Driver, Police Say A 26-year-old man was busted by police in Westchester driving with a blood alcohol content more than double the legal limit after he made a questionable turn at a busy intersection near the Bronx River Parkway. An officer from the Scarsdale Police Department on patrol on Post Road spotted a blue Toyota Camry traveling through the intersection of Post Road and Fenimore Road shortly before 6 a.m. on Sunday, April 7.
