A man with a criminal history dating back to the 1980s faces more charges after allegedly stabbing a man in the chest in Westchester, officials said. The incident happened on Tuesday, May 9 around 11:45 a.m., when police responded to the area of 161 South 2nd Ave. on a report of a man stabbed in the chest, according to Mount Vernon Director of Communications Timothy Allen.
