A Hudson Valley teen was charged with assault after allegedly slashing another high school student in the face with a medical-grade plastic handle blade instrument. The incident occurred in Orange County at Middletown High School on Monday, Sept. 30, in Middletown. High School In Hudson Valley Closed After Student Brawl Breaks Out
A physical altercation involving students has resulted in the closure of a high school in the Hudson Valley. In Orange County, Middletown High School will be closed on Friday, Nov. 17 following the fight on Thursday afternoon, Nov. 16. The closure for grades 9-12 only. All K-8 campuses will be open. Teacher Injured During Fight At High School In Hudson Valley
A teacher was injured during a fight between two students at a school in the Hudson Valley. The incident took place in Orange County on Monday, March 6 at Middletown High School. The fight took place in a hallway outside a classroom. Two Hudson Valley schools will be open on Friday, Sept. 16, despite an online threat. The threat originated in Orange County circulating among students via Apple Airdrop at Middletown High School, said Amy Creeden, superintendent of the district of Middletown.
